Kiddy Land in Tokyo, a huge toy store, is a regular haunt for me now as I get gifts to bring home to my girls. Here was a large display of a toy I opted not to buy: cigarettes! When you suck in the tip lights up, and then you breathe out some sort of flavored smoke. This was on display in the middle of the first floor!

I tease some of my co-workers -- some of whom are French! -- about this silly game they call "football" that they are obsessed with. It has a round ball and you can't use your arms, unless you are standing in front of a net. Truth is, that I've probably played more hours of "soccer" in my life than any other sport and actually was awarded the team MVP trophy one year. However, that was many years ago and sadly was the peak of my athletic career!
There is a very bright object by the crescent moon tonight. We are trying to figure out what it is. Star? Planet? Comet? Ainsley's theory: it's a piece that broke off from the moon. Speaking of planets, Skylar said that if she were a planet, she'd be the earth, that way she could live in herself.
UPDATE: Twitter friends tell me it's Venus. Of course! (Ainsley was close!!)
